It tracks your visitor count if you have a lot of traffic. They'll sample the data unless you pay like a hundred or a hundred and fifty grand or whatever their price is per year. Google Analytics will show you how people are engaging throughout your site and what traffic sources are causing most conversions. Don't optimize for traffic. Optimize for traffic that causes conversions. 3:00 The second digital marketing tool I have for you is Ubersuggest. You're going to want to get rankings. You're going to want more search traffic. It's the most consistent traffic that you'll get. Yes. Social media traffic is easier and quicker to get. But Google's algorithm updates aren't as crazy as Facebook's. It won't be where one day you're getting 300,000 visitors from Facebook organic reach and the next day you're getting 10,000 visitors. Google's organic traffic is very, very consistent. So use Ubersuggest. 3:40 The third digital marketing tool I have for you is Google Search Console. We love doing this internally, where we take Google search console, we log in; we look at all the posts, how many impressions they get, how many clicks they get and the click-through rate. We look for the posts that get less than a five percent click-through rate. We look at all the keywords that were getting impressions from that post, and then we integrate those keywords into that blog post or that landing page, and we rewrite that content. 7:30 The fourth digital marketing tool is Crazyegg. Crazyegg shows me how people are engaging with my website. How far they're scrolling. Where they're clicking. It allows me to take that data and, within Crazyegg, you don't have to be a developer, you don't have to be a designer. You can adjust your page and run A/B tests to maximize your sales. Because it's not just about getting traffic, it's about converting those visitors into conversions. Another tool that I love using is called Subscribers. It's through push notifications. People will come through to your website, but they don't come back. 8:00 The fifth digital marketing tool is called Subscribers. It's through push notifications. People will come through to your website, but they don't come back. What it does is it puts a little browser notification when people come to your site and gets them to subscribe without being obtrusive, it does it all within the browser. 9:00 The last digital marketing tool that I'm going to give you guys that you guys should check out is HubSpot. HubSpot's a great tool to look at your overall marketing, your lead count. It integrates marketing with sales, and that's why I want to end with HubSpot. I love it. I use it, and sure some people may say "Hey, there are other tools that do this or that." HubSpot has a lot of free plans, and they have some startup plans, which is very entrepreneur friendly, and best of all is they keep adding more and more stuff for free, so why not? They're a huge billion dollar company that are trying to crush their competitors, so they're just releasing a lot of stuff for free. Hey, that's for your benefit. 10:00 All this data and these digital marketing tools, with no action, is useless. You're better off saving the money and not even paying or using any of them. Traditional VS Digital Marketing The first thing to do is understand the difference between traditional, and digital marketing. Traditional marketing relies on tools and mediums like the newspaper, radio, TV, magazine, billboards, direct mail, and any form of print really. Digital on the other hand is made up of tools like search engine marketing, social media, content marketing like blogging, articles, or video creation, email marketing, and online pay per clicks advertising. When you’re talking about traditional versus digital marketing, you’re talking about the tools more than the strategy behind them. And more accurately, you’re talking about which form of media you’re going to use to communicate your message on, a traditional one, or a digital one? Here are 3 SEO strategies that will boost your rankings! #1: Focus on content Google has this update called Hummingbird, and with Hummingbird, websites who just have content on everything won't do as well as sites which focus on one single niche and are super thorough. You want to be VERY thorough with your SEO content. Poke holes in your content and fill them all up, so then that way people are like, "This is the end all site "that you should end up reading "if you're interested in dating online." #2: Optimize your title tag and your meta description Have you ever done a Google search, and noticed that every time you do it, there is this link at the top, and then there's this one sentence with a link at the top is called the title tag. And the description below is called the meta description. Now think of it this way, if you search for the phrase online dating, and you don't see the word online dating in neither the title or the description, are you going to click on the result? Well if you are, there's something wrong, because why would you click on a result that isn't related to what you're looking for? In addition to that, have you ever searched for a term like online dating? And have you ever noticed that the word isn't in the title or description? That's because Google tracks who's clicking on what listing, and they've learned that when a keyword is in the listing, that same keyword that you're searching for, they know you're way more likely to click through. So in your title tag and your meta description, make sure you include the keyword. But you can't just add the keyword, "online dating," right? The easiest way and what I would do and I wish it was this simple; I will just put "online dating, online dating, online dating, online dating." If I could put it 20 times so people would know that the article is on online dating, I wish I would get more clicks. But it's not that simple. Yes you have to include the keyword in your title and your description, but it has to be appealing. If it doesn't flow in a sentence, it's not easy to read, and it's not appealing or evoking curiosity, no one is gonna click through. #3: Use Google Search Console Did you know that Google gives you a tool that teaches you how to rank number one on Google? Yes I know that sounds ridiculous but it is true, and it's called Google Search Console. If you're not already a user of it, sign up. It doesn't cost a dollar. You're missing out if you're not using it. I can't emphasize that enough. So now that you're using Google Search Console...give it a few days because it takes some time to populate data. You'll see a screen that shows Search Analytics and this shows you all the pages on your website that are getting you traffic. But the cool thing about Google Search Console is they also show you which articles are getting impressions. Take all the keywords you're getting impressions for and start adding them to your copy. Now we have an article on Instagram, and it teaches you how to get over 300 targeted Instagram followers per day. The article is around 10,000 words. When I first wrote that article, it wasn't 10,000 words, it was roughly 2,500. I went to Google Search Console, I saw all the people that are searching for terms related to the article, I added them within that article. I made it more thorough and you know what? My SEO traffic more than tripled to that article. Yes it is that simple. And when I made that change, it didn't happen right away, but I noticed the results within 50 days. That's not a long time. Now that you've learned these three tips, I challenge you in which I want you to take these tactics and implement them, and then after you implement them, in the next 45 days I want you to leave a comment with your results. Whether you call it personal branding or reputation building or discovering your voice, it’s clear that the concept of personal branding is growing rapidly as an interest to people all over the world. These days, people want to actively build their personal brands rather than have them dictated by their circumstances or their job titles or their backgrounds. To do this, they want to find the right digital platforms, and they often look toward the popular people who tend to be on every platform available. But what’s right for some individuals isn’t necessarily right for you. Unless you have a Gary Vaynerchuk team of filmographers, editors, and producers, building your digital presence should be limited to only a few key platforms. And one of those should definitely be LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a staple, but you cannot just build a profile and ignore the community. You need to read LinkedIn articles, make comments on those articles, share solid content with your connections, write personal notes of appreciation and congratulations, and even publish some of your own content there. Just be careful to avoid the trap of “procrastination caused by perfectionism.” In the words of Seth Godin, you need to “ship it” even when it’s not perfect. But most of all, to build your brand on LinkedIn, you need to be active so that people will see you and get to know who you are, and not just view your profile information. Now here's what I mean by that. I'm not talking about, find people like me or whatever it may be, I'm on YouTube, or any of that, I have a blog. I'm talking about, find people who aren't on YouTube who have a big audience. And funny enough, it's a huge market. So if you look at how many going to blogs are out there, right, if you look at Wordpress, there's so many, but there are not that many people doing video content, and I would start discussing with people who have really high ranked blog posts in industries that you're interested in helping out, such as fitness. For example, there's a guy I know named Jeremy. He owns a company called Legion Athletics. They also own a site called Muscle for Life. It's a blog on fitness, gets over a million unique visitors a month. This is a multimillion-dollar company. It's an eight-figure plus business. So with them, they already get a ton of Google traffic. You already know YouTube and fitness are huge. They already make over 10 million a year. Why not hit people like that up and be like, "You know what, I wanna create videos for you guys, or you guys go create videos, but I wanna show you how you can get more traffic on video than you can through text, or why not combine both of them?" You're already crushing it from content marketing. Why not do videos as well? Now, going back to your first question of how do you get to 100,000 visitors a month. SEO TRAINING Step #1 First, I would go and write amazing articles in your space about YouTube marketing. There's already other people who have articles on YouTube marketing, but I would do more in-depth guides, and then go reach out to every other person who's linked to those articles on YouTube marketing, 'cause you can go to Buzzsumo, type in YouTube marketing, YouTube SEO. You then go take the most popular ones, because they base it off the social shares. SEO Training Step #2: You then go to ahrefs.com, put in the URL of those sites. You'll start seeing all the people linked to them, hit them up, and beg them for a link. If you're content's more thorough, they'll do it. You'll just be like, "Hey, I'm Adam. Check out my site called https://Viewership.com; I got amazing content; I cover x, y, and z, and a, b, and c that they don't." It is that simple, and everyone's like, "No, no, that doesn't work." It's a grind, but it works. If you send out 100 of those emails, you'll get five links. And everyone's like, "Oh, that's too much work." But if you do it, because no one else is willing to, you'll get links. You get the links; you'll start ranking higher on search engines. Yeah, so my systematic process is, I do the outreach for link building, which I showed you. I do the outreach for social shares using Buzzsumo. SEO Training Step #3: I link out to people naturally. And then I hit up them even if they're my competition and be like, "Hey, you have amazing content. I loved it so much; I even linked out to you. Feel free and share my article if you like it." And a lot of your competitors will share your content, even if you're unknown. It works so well. So once I do those three strategies, and you test these templates, then I just go to Upwork, and I find someone in India or in places like this, where they're smart and the labor's much more cost-effective, and I have them do my outreach for me. And I just scale it up, and I'll hire a few people. And that's how you scale it; you do it in mass quantity and boom, you'll notice if you do this, in the first three months, you'll start noticing some traction. In your Google search console, you'll get impressions but not that much traffic. First six months, you'll get some. The 10 to 12-month mark, that's when your traffic picks up, and you have a good shot at hitting 100,000, but you have to have mainstream keywords, so use Google keyword planner, and make sure the traffic per keyword is higher. That's exactly how you can get to 100,000 visitors per month. Just follow this SEO training and you'll get there before you know it.

How to Hire Writers to Create Killer Content For Your Blog [STEAL OUR PROCESS]

But we do it. We've created an "assembly line" to crank out high-quality content. Here's a summary of how it works. When you have to create a lot of content, there are multiple people involved. One content creator can probably write about three or four pieces of content at most per week. So you need to hire 20, 30 writers to generate the amount of high-quality content that you're looking for. How do you make this process fool-proof? You come up with a topic. Then you assign it to the writer, and the writer writes it, outlines it, and after he outlines it, you have to approve it and edit it. Then you send it back for revisions. After they write it, you have to approve it, and maybe they'll make some additional edits. We never hire full-time writers because we know the moment you hire a full-time writer, production max output plummets. They start thinking of it as a nine-to-five. They work from nine to five. A lot of times, I notice that people, at least for myself, I'm more productive if I set my hours. Because I know when I'm productive. I'm least productive between 2:00 to 4:00 PM because I get drowsy. Let's say in the afternoon; I'm not productive. Instead of me sitting there for three hours trying to pretend like I'm working, what's more efficient? Take a nap. That is how writers work. That's how they're creative. And also, during the day, for a lot of creative people, there are a lot of interruptions. You can't be creative when you have those interruptions. You need at least a three-hour block of uninterrupted time. There are two types of schedules called manager's schedule and creator's schedule. And what happens in manager's schedule, they're more high-level. They have a lot of meanings, a lot of calls. But for people who are creative, who are developers, designers, writers - odd hours work best. So naturally, it doesn't work when you hire full-time writers when you work nine to five when interruptions are happening the most. We find all our writers from jobs.problogger.com. Another good way to find good writers is to look at writers who have their authorship on other sites and just contact them. Contact writers that you like so when they write content you-you they can also promote it to their following and then it just goes so much more viral. If you hire writers who are already popular and have a following, whatever they write, they're going to do the marketing for you. So, even if you're paying 20 cents a word, it's a lot cheaper than hiring cheaper writers because these guys also do all the marketing. So, you don't have to pay for the Facebook ads or any other marketing. We use Trello to manage our writers and keep it simple by just creating columns. Every person is responsible for a column. Your job is to make sure whatever is under your column, gets moved to the next. Then it's the other person's job to clear the column. You cannot mess that up. It's straightforward, and it's scalable. As I said, if we want to produce a thousand pieces of content a week, we could. We already produce hundreds and hundreds. It's not that much harder to scale. Step #2: Add images - using services like Fotolia you can add images to every one of your blog posts. By adding images it makes your content easier to understand as some people are visual learners. Step #3: Set some rules - by following these rules it will make it easier to write blog posts faster. Make sure you use the words "you" and "I" within your blog. Add 7 or so images per post and keep your paragraphs shorter than 5 or 6 lines.

Our actions reveal what we desire, how we shop, and why we buy. Retailers can now learn so much more about shopper behavior than ever before, and while these “big data” applications create concerns about privacy, the detailed data can be used to design stores, product offerings and promotions that connect with our interests, speed up the shopping process, and help us find items we will buy. These new tools are critical to improving store efficiency and shoppability; and offer a vision of the future of retailing. Raymond R. Burke (Bloomington, IN USA) is the E.W. Kelley Professor of Business Administration at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and founding director of the School’s Customer Interface Laboratory, a state-of-the-art facility for investigating how customers interact with new retail environments and technologies. His research focuses on understanding the influence of point-of-purchase factors–including new products, product packaging, pricing, promotions, assortments, and displays–on consumer shopping behavior. Dr. Burke has served on the faculties of the Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
